Marion Macleod, FAICD, MBA, BSc.
Marion is a chair, non-executive director, and governance specialist with over 30 years board experience building on her executive career.
She provides governance solutions and establishes sound governance practices, supported through strategy setting, risk appetite setting, and business commercialization, transformation and recovery.
Marionā€™s sector experience includes private, public and not-for-profit. She has a passion for education and has developed award-winning programs.
Along with her vast experience, Marion is a Fellow of the AICD and holds a number of business and financial qualifications, including, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, post-graduate qualifications in finance, media and project management, a B.Sc. in pure science, is a graduate and Fellow of the AICD and a Williamson Fellow.
In her personal life Marion is a walker, current affairs enthusiast, film goer, book reader and a keen skier, which she enjoys with her daughter.
